why  you didn't make notice to this festival before starting ??!!!.It is a big mistak to not give much time for making the plan to this occasion because the majorty of  poeple who belong to this region haven't known about this occasion.I hope that like this mistak will be avoided in the future that can make the festival more successful.

given that this is the third  edition , no progress has been made when it comes to organazing and logistics . it looks like a virtual festival or an imaginary one .on the ground it s nothing more than a market place at the afternoon when it s about to end . one funny thing is that we have two presenters they both present in Arabic !  unless  in some occasions when the male presenter utters  a word in tamazight with much embarrassment . why do we need  two presenters i thought one for arabic and the other for tamazigh, i was wrong . it was one for arabic and the aother for arabic too. may be for the arabs not to feel monotony and routine   enjoy male and female voice . for the imazighen no one cares.the presenter mispronounced the names of the guests as well as artists . it shows how well prepared he was.very few attended , why ?  beacuse of the bad timing of activities .women girls and children  can t stay late ! they dont live in the "army space"!  they live in remote ighrman , so for whom this "festival "is made?
one more surprising thing is the  name it self  " tighrmatin" l9asabtno activity in the program  devoted totalk about  tighrmatin  no documentary no debate walo  nothing  .

ok,please do you remember a saying by "waba ali olmamon " rahimaho lah : inayak "orsar ini boumalne ayhlo ard dad tdo tili nirhaln tsso torol bla atd do sassif"life in boumalne dadés is absurd,nobody comes nobody goes it is stagnate,alienation to the universe,waiting for nothing,that is the situation of that festival and any other activities,no communication,no participation,no planning,no.....please do you know what is a kasbah or tighmt,what is the relationship between kasbah and the activities programmed during the festival??????,when you fail to plan ,you plan to fail,that is failure in all its sense and senseless."yof ona iskern ,ima awal i3ta,ortli yat,onag ila wol ahnes".O Boumalne Dadés by heart.
